VetNow ("we", "HookStep") operates vetpet.hookstep.in, an AI-assisted pet triage service. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

• Account details: name, email, sign-in provider (Google or email/password).
• Pet triage inputs: symptoms, photos, species, and related notes you submit.
• Payment data: processed by Razorpay; we store order IDs and entitlements, not full card numbers.
• Usage data: pages visited, device/browser type, and analytics events (Google Analytics / Meta Pixel when enabled).

How we use information

• Provide AI triage reports and account features.
• Process payments and support requests.
• Improve the product and measure marketing performance.
• Send service-related email (e.g. support replies).

Sharing

We use service providers (hosting, payments, email, analytics). We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention & deletion

We keep account and triage data while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time — see our data deletion instructions.
