User Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your VetNow account and associated personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Email teamhookstep@gmail.com from the address linked to your account.
2. Subject line: VetNow Data Deletion Request
3. Include the email you used to register (and your name if helpful).

What we delete

• Account profile (name, email)
• Pet triage cases and uploaded photos
• Support tickets tied to your account
• Billing entitlements (payment records may be retained by Razorpay per their policies)

Timeline

We process verified requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete.
